B Well Homecare excels in backward integration, allowing them to design, customize, and develop new products for homes and kitchens, meeting the evolving needs of customers.

With over 32 years of experience, Mr. Bipin Kumar is a seasoned professional in Sourcing & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, Business & Channel Development. He has successfully led sourcing, logistics, and retail operations for home appliances across 600+ hyper stores at Vishal Mega Mart. As a proficient Sourcing Head, he excels in vendor management, stakeholder relations, and effective negotiation. His expertise also extends to new product development, manufacturing, and direct sourcing from domestic and international markets.
